Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping cost<\/p>\n<p><span>Any item(s) purchased on sale the total refund will be the same as the purchase price, taking into account that we will subtract the shipping cost, which will depend on each geographical location<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Conditions:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>All orders have to be returned within 15 days, after the product has been received.<\/li>\n<li>Damaged and\/or worn items are not eligible for exchange or refund.<\/li>\n<li>All returns must be sent in its original shoe box.<\/li>\n<li>Refunds will be made within 7 working days after the return has been processed.<\/li>\n<li>Please note: additional time may be added to your refund time depending on your bank\/credit card.<\/li>\n<li>Items included in the outlet section and customized products cannot be returned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If your item is damaged always contact <a href=\"mailto:contact@fredmartincollection.com\">contact@fredmartincollection.com<\/a> first, to get your authorization code before shipping your item(s) back.<\/p>\n<h2>Did you receive my return?<\/h2>\n<p>Once we have received your shipment, we will process the return as soon as possible. Once it is processed in our warehouse, we will start the refund or process the purchase amount to a digital gift card. We will send you an email once this is finished.<\/p>\n<h2>Can I exchange my shoes?<\/h2>\n<p>Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange shoes, but you can always place a new order to get your desired Fred Martin Collection.
