The number of shipping working days begins from the next working day if the order is placed after 3:00 p.m. We collaborate with top forwarder partners to deliver the best service possible. Fred Martin Collection cannot be held responsible for unexpected delays, such as strikes or customs procedures.

Customs, duties and taxes

Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Orders outside the European Union may be subject to additional duty charges or taxes based on local customs regulations and your destination country, while all orders within the European Union are exempt from additional duty charges.

Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these charges before your order is placed and cannot cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.

 

Delivery issues

We strive to ensure smooth and successful deliveries for all our customers. However, in certain cases, orders may not be delivered and could be returned to origins due to issues such as incorrect or incomplete shipping information, or customer absence at the time of delivery.

Please note the following:

  1. Incorrect or Incomplete Address: If the delivery fails due to missing or incorrect address information provided by the customer when placing the order, and the customer has not requested a modification to the address in time, the order will be returned to origins. Please check the address provided carefully before completing the order. Modifications must be requested before the order is processed and handed over to the carrier.

  2. Customer Absence: If the customer is absent during the delivery attempt, and the carrier is unable to complete the delivery, the order will be eventually returned to the sender.

In these cases, customers will be issued a store credit voucher for the amount of the original purchase. Please note that this store credit will be for the total purchase price minus the return shipping fees and original shipping charges that were incurred.
