HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

Purchasing from fredmartincollection.com is easy:

  • Check our products and let you inspire by our brand
  • Once you have found the right product, select your size and quantities and use the “add to cart” button
  • Review the items in your shopping bag by selecting the “shopping bag” icon at the top right of the page
  • Click on “checkout” to proceed, add shipping and payment details to complete your order
  • If you already have a Fred Martin account, you can log-in and checkout faster using saved shipping and payment details
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to make a change or cancel your order please contact our customer service. Since we try to process our order as fast as possible to get to you in the shortest time, contact us short after your order is placed and we will do our best to help you out.

Shipping & Returns

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP OUT?

We do our best to process and ship your manebí as fast as we can, usually 1-2 working days processing time. During holidays, this can be slightly extended. if you placed your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we’ll start processing your order on the following business day. You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships out.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All orders ship out of our warehouse in Spain. We do our best to process and ship your order as fast as wind, usually 1-2 working days processing time. During holidays this can be slightly extended. If your order has been placed during the weekend or on a holiday, we’ll start processing your order on the following working day. After the order is processed by our team (allow us 1-2 working days) shipping will take approximately the following:

  • Spain and Portugal – 1-2 working days
  • France, Germany and Monaco – 2-3 working days
  • Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, UK – 3-5 working days
  • Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Romania, Serbia, Sweden – 3-7 working days

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Refer back to your shipping confirmation email to track your package. If you did not receive a confirmation email with the tracking number, please contact our customer service so we can help you.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Returning an item couldn’t be easier. Try your shoes on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return. we will collect from your home, work or an alternative address

Fred Martin Collection will deduct from the refunded amount the cost of the return process, which will be:

  • France, Germany and Monaco – 9€
  • Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, UK – 15€
  • Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden – 25€

 

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused, with the original labels and inside the original packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will not be refunded. returns are accepted only on purchases made directly at fredmartincollection.com.

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

If you’d like to return a product, just follow these simple steps:

 

  • Contact our customer service at contact@fredmartincollection.com, indicating your name and order number.
  • We’ll organize the pick-up for you: agree with our customer service on the address and pick-up date
  • Prepare the package with the product/s you’d like to return in the original packagingFred Martin Collection will deduct from the refunded amount the cost of the return process, which will be:

WHEN WILL I RECEIVED THE REFUND?

Before issuing the refund, the returned product must be received back at the warehouse. A quality check is then processed in order to see if the product is in new condition, unworn, unwashed and free of damages. If all the return policy requirements are met, we will issue the refund and you will receive it in a few working days. You will receive the refund in the same payment method used at the moment of the order.

HOW TO CHANGE AN ORDER?

Europe.

The change of your order will be totally Free and you will have 14 calendar days from the reception of your purchase to request it. (Sale and Outlet Orders. Exchanges 9€)

Please, contact our customer service at contact@fredmartincollection.com, indicating your name, order number and the new size you need.

A deliveryman will pick up your purchase and give you the new size at the moment. Remember to repack your purchase in the original box.

If you need to make another change, we inform you that you must face the cost of the subsequent shipments.

This brand come from a spanish shoemaker family and the desire of creating a trending product with high quality and design. We are talking about a firm created to gratify to all those men that want to change the world.

We manufacture in Elche (Alicante), Spain. In addition to this, we would like to express we enjoy travelling in order to get the maximum inspiration from the trendiest styles in the present.

HOW LONG DOES A PAIR OF FRED MARTIN COLLECTION LAST?

Fred Martin shoes are perfect for your travels, outfits, events… We try to make them last as long as possible. If your Fred Martin shoes incur any unfortunate damages due to manufacturing, contact with our customer service and we’ll be more than happy to help you with care tips or to help you in getting a new pair. HOW DO I CLEAN MY FRED MARTIN?

For your manebí in suede we recommend to apply a modest amount of vinegar with a soft rag or towel. Let it dry and then agitate with a suede brush. Make sure to not get the soles wet. Please email us for any other cleaning instructions.
