Items purchased from Fred Martin Collection must be returned free from deterioration, stains, odours or any condition that prevents them from being sold as new. Items must also be returned in their original packaging including all labels and possible items included as part of the packaging, within 30 days of receipt of shipment, in order to receive a refund. Once the return has been accepted, you have 7 days to deliver the package to the designated carrier's access point.

We provide free returns for orders containing more than two pairs, but only if the customer keeps more than 50% of the order. For instance, if customers order three pairs, they can qualify for a free return by keeping at least two pairs.

If your order does not meet this criteria, the return fees are as follows:

· BELGIUM: 12,90 €
· ITALY: 12,90 €

· US: 29$
· REST OF THE WORLD: 45$

The refund will be made to the payment method used to make the purchase within a maximum period of 14 working days after the item arrives at our warehouse and the return is processed.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be excluded from the refund amount. Additionally, return fees for the prepaid return label, which will vary based on geographical location, will be deducted from the final refund amount.

The amount of the total refund of any item(s) purchased on sale will be the same as the purchase price, taking into account that we will subtract the shipping cost, which will depend on each geographical location.


Conditions:

  • All orders must be returned within 30 days after the product is received.
  • Damaged and/or worn items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
  • All returns must be sent in its original shoe box.
  • Refunds will be made within 14 working days after the return has been processed.
  • Please note: additional time may be added to your refund time depending on your bank/credit card.
  • Items included in the outlet section and customized products cannot be returned.

 

If the product received does not meet the conditions previously stated, it cannot be refunded. In this case, the customer will be responsible for arranging and paying for the collection of the package from our warehouse if they wish to retrieve it.

If your item is damaged, please contact order@fredmartincollection.com first, to get your authorization before shipping your item(s) back.

 

Did you receive my return?

Once we have received your package, we will process the return as soon as possible. Once it is processed at our warehouse, we will issue the refund or process the purchase amount to a digital coupon. We will send you an email once this is finished.

 

Can I exchange my shoes?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange shoes, but you can always place a new order to get your desired Fred Martin Collection. Please return the shoes you do not wish to keep and we will activate a digital individual coupon so you can place a new order.
